Centretown: fire at women's shelter

Crews were dispatched to the Centretown shelter shortly after 2:30 a.m. after receiving multiple 911 calls about a fire in a fourth floor bedroom, said Ottawa Fire Services.
Firefighters encountered heavy black smoke inside the shelter when they arrived, officials said.
