Former Prime Minister Harper called Omar Khadrs victims and apologized
to them for the settlement. What an ass. He ignores, and he even runs out of town, where indigenous issues are concerned. But he is taking a moral stance on Khadr. If he had advocated for the child soldier to start with there may not have been a libel case for Khadr to get such a settlement.
