"SNIP.......

Jean Charest, the former Premier of Quebec, will be a candidate to succeed Erin O'Toole as leader of the Conservative Party of Canada.

He will make the official announcement on Thursday, two sources confirmed to Radio-Canada.

Earlier Monday, he won the endorsement of columnist Tasha Kheiriddin, who will not be running.

Kheiriddin was one of the anticipated candidates for the Conservative leadership race, but after careful consideration and discussions with Charest, she said he is best placed to advance their shared vision for the party.

2. Better than some MAGA nut white supremacist worried jewish space lasers will

castrate him and other white men. Or someone who Spreads that kind of ****! I don't want the Conservatives win any elections but as long as they exist I can hope that they lead as adults instead and not warp people's brains and hearts like Pollievre does (apparently Canadians are not a free people).

3. Yeah I have heard we are not free, but I want no conservatives in power.

I am really hoping that most Canadians will see through their racist, republican patterns. We need to be smarter and not so fickle in our voting anymore. We could go between the two main parties before but that is gone now.

4. Agreed. We are not fickle so much as we have 3 liberal, small "l", parties that

split the vote, 4 if you count the Bloq, so it teeter totters between the Liberals and conservatives.

5. Johnny-Jim was the leader of the conservatives

in the mid-1990s then jumped ship to the provincial liberals in 1998.

Now back to the conservatives...

Hope Peter McKay jumps in to ensure the little fascist from Carlton, Poilievre gets sent to the showers.
