Blond idiot completes spectacular month at work

Just moments after announcing he wouldn’t be running for leader of the party, Boris said he might take a little break to ‘recharge the old batteries’....

“I’ve lied to the electorate, made promises I can’t keep, driven a big red bus, dragged the country out of a hugely beneficial economic organisation and told all my friends I’m running for Prime Minister – that’s a lot to cram into four weeks....

“Well I did take a look, and I’m happy to tell you I don’t want to be within a thousand miles of this utter catastrofuck.

“So I’ll see you in a few weeks when the heat’s died down.

In Australia, I think we've tended to think Boris was someone "only the Brits could love", but very glad to see the Brits feel the same way we do.

Aside from a monstrous ego, it's really hard to see what Boris thought he had to offer.

puppy-dog qualities, like a character out of Jeeves and Wooster. He can sometimes be amusing, intentionally or not, but the joke's worn very thin. He's a nasty piece of work who just happens to be a buffoon. Nd a totally irresponsible one at that.

And now, I doubt we'll have to think about him very much at all, except in hindsight!
