...it's hard to think of a subject that right wingers will actually protest about that isn't mired in racism. From leaving the EU to general anti-Muslim rubbish.

By contrast, the people I see protesting about the NHS outside Sheffield town hall tend to be Corbynite or hard left. Protesting privatisation and cuts to the NHS. The healthcare stuff people protest against tends to be exactly the sort of healthcare policies that the GOP advocate.
