I would not wish this on my worst enemy and I have real concerns that Raab who will be his de facto stand in will be right wing authoritarian on steroids if he has to take control. That is who he is. This is serious chaps. I think the mortality rate is about 40% from ICU in Italy...

Hard right ultra-Brexiteer, and doesn't seem to know the first thing about basic geography, which is a bit unfortunate in the Foreign Secretary. Didn't seem to know about the connection between Dover and Calais and its importance to trade. Got Peru and the Philippines mixed up in a recent speech.
