Brown up 9 points on Warren?
Just saw this on Hardball. How on earth is it possible that Brown is still ahead of her in Massachusetts?!? What the hell is going on there? She's not Martha Coakley, he just voted for the Blunt amendment and MA is one of, if not the bluest state in the Union. Somebody please help me understand this. We need a win here in November.

2. early polls often have a lot to do with how much money a campaign is pissing away.
i'd be curious to see if warren is simply conserving her capital for a later surge.

3. It's early, but I do understand the concern, especially with the president doing so well in MA.
Let's hope the national party spends as much money as needed in this race. It would be a shame if Brown came out of this looking like the moderate. Elizabeth may have to do some fine tuning.

5. You touched on one of my concerns...
re: the national party. In 2010 Ed Schultz prodded Tarryl Clark to admit that the DCCC had not given her any help (read: no money). I'm concerned that the DSCC may take a page out of the same book and decide that whatever money they have needs to be spent elsewhere. In 2010 for the DCCC that meant only to Dems with absolutely safe seats. It was terrible strategy then and it would be worse now.
