Gary Johnson, the Libertarian running for president who's suffered from several self-inflicted wounds in recent weeks on Tuesday afternoon said he's the best presidential candidate because he doesn't know what countries are where. The former Governor of New Mexico told MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell that not knowing what leaders run which countries or where the countries are is a plus because it would stop America from entering foreign conflicts.
