2020 Democratic Presidential Nomination - Luis Gutierrez (D-IL)

Retiring US Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) has expressed interest in seeking the Democratic Nomination for President in 2020. What are Guitierrez's chances of winning the Democratic Nomination for President? How would a Guitierrez/Klobuchar ticket or Klobuchar/Ticket perform?

but i like the idea of him running either way. that is the only way to break out of this rich white guy hellhole we currently reside in. hopefully make everyone realize white ain't the only color to lead.
