Democratic US Senators from states with Republican Governors being on the 2020 Democratic Ticket.

Duckworth(D-IL)- Governor Rauner(R-IL) is likely to lose re-election in 2018. Future Governor Pritzker-D appoints Michelle Obama to Duckworth's US Senate seat- seat formerly held by Barack Obama.
Van Hollen(D-MD)- Governor Hogan(R-MD) is slightly favored to win re-election in 2018.
Warren(D-MA)- Governor Baker(R-MA) is favored to win re-election in 2018.
Cortez Masto(D-NV)- Governor Sandoval(R-NV) is term limited in 2018. Laxalt-R is slightly favored to be Governor in 2018.
Brown(D-OH)- Governor Kasich(R-OH) is term limited in 2018. DeWine-R is slightly favored to be Governor in 2018.
Sanders(I/D-VT)- Governor Scott(R-VT) is favored to win re-election in 2018.
Baldwin(D-WI)- Governor Walker(R-WI) has a 50-50 chance of losing re-election. Future Democratic Governor appoints Ron Kind or Mark Pocan to Baldwin's US Senate seat.
Democratic US Senators from states with Democratic Governors being on the 2020 Democratic Ticket.
Harris(D-CA)
Klobuchar(D-MN)
Booker(D-NJ)
Gillibrand(D-NY)

but there is no way that Michelle Obama will be appointed Senator. She's made it quite clear she's not at all interesting in holding political office.
