Democrats win the 2020 US Presidential Election and increase their majority in the US Senate by picking up AZ,CO,ME,and NC and losing AL. Senate Democrats should wait after the next President is inaugurated. The next President picks Ginsburg's replacement and he or she is confirmed by the US Senate.
2022- Breyer steps down. The Democratic President's supreme court pick to replace Breyer gets confirmed by the US Senate.
Democrats increase their majority in the US Senate by holding onto AZ,CO,NV,and NH and picking up PA and WI and maybe FL and NC.
2024- Thomas steps down. The Democratic Presidents supreme court pick to replace Thomas gets confirmed by the Democratic controlled US Senate. Thomas is replaced by a liberal.
