Tim Ryan(D-OH) US House seat is likely to get eliminated in 2022 reapportionment.

Ohio is projected to lose a US House seat in 2022 due to redistricting. Ohio has a Republican Governor- Mike DeWine-R and Republicans have a majority control in the Ohio State Senate and Ohio State House of Representatives.
A Democratic US House Member from OH is going to lose his/her seat.
Ryan's US House district is the least Democratic favorable OH US House District.
Ryan is going to run for Governor in 2022 against DeWine-R.

Ryan is not going to be the Democratic nominee for President. He is going to be in the US House until 2022.

Ohio has a Republican Governor and Republicans control both the State Senate and State House in OH.
There are currently 4 Democratic held US House Districts in OH.
Beatty(OH-3)
Kaptur(OH-9)
Fudge(OH-11)
Ryan(OH-13)
Beatty and Fudge's US House Districts are protected by the Voting Rights Act. Both are majority African American Districts.
Kaptur has 40 years seniority.
