Steve Bullock(D-MT) and Beto O'Rourke(D-TX) should run for the US Senate in 2020.

If they both get elected to the US Senate in 2020, they can run for President in 2024 if President Biden decides not to seek re-election or 2028 if President Biden completes his 2nd term.
Bullock will be 62 years old in 2028.
O'Rourke will be 56 years old in 2028.
