Which seat do the Democrats have a better chance of winning?
WI is a weak Biden state with an unpopular Republican incumbent who was able to narrowly defeat a statesmanlike Democratic challenger.
NC is a weak Trump state that has a generic Democratic and Republican nominee.
OH is a Trump state that has strong Democratic nominee and a weak Republican nominee.
