problem signing on to Amazon.

amazon is requiring i fill in all my information (e-mail, password, mailing address, all billing information) and I finally get to my orders page and it tells me I haven't ordered anything in the last six months.
I ordered a few things on Tuesday and received a confirmation e-mail.
when I click on the link in the e-mail, it requires all the information again, never getting to any recent orders. My amazon video library is gone now as well.
Any suggestions?

When I click on the link to Amazon, I get routed to the sign in page. I sign in and get directed to billing verification. I enter my information, save, and am redirected to the sign in page. I should note that I am never really signed in and none of my information is saved. I was able to log in for a few days and reach the actual site and entered my updates account information. The problems seemed fixed, but now I can't even get to the log-in site. I just get an error message that the connection times out. I have cleared my cache and cookies and even uninstalled and reinstalled both Crhome and Firefox. When I do so, the problem is fixed temporarily but comes back after about five minutes of browsing.

Maybe call and ask...? They have customer service people on round the clock.

8. Did they ever say what it was? Maybe a glitch in one part of their database, or something?

Glad you got it sorted, in any event.
