need advice! I can't log into my email on AOL.com.

It keeps telling me that my password is incorrect. A little drop down window gave me my password so I I typed it in and it's still telling me that it's incorrect. Was it just a temporary glitch? I depend on my email...

I'm getting a message that I can't process this now and "try again later." Which I will do.

I've had my email address forever. I cannot figure it out...

It's really easy to manage emails by moving from the Inbox to a specific folder and you get 15 gigabytes of free cloud storage that you can access from any computer/smartphone. And you can upload pics/videos/music without using the Google Drive storage for those files. I have 40 Gbytes of storage, but only 5/20 Gigs using the GDrive folder. (spreadsheets. CAD files, emails, Powerpoint), etc.

Every new email contact goes into my spam folder. All I gotta do is check my spam folder and add the contact to my address book and it will go to my regular inbox.

I've tried other email over the years, but their spam filters were based on "words", not sender.

I no longer use the AOL software. It was good for many years, but became a resource hog over the years.

I use AOL webmail. It also works with the Win 10 email app. I also have an AOL mail app on my phone.

I have a Gmail account, but I don't like using it.

I use AIM Mail for my personal email, and it works just fine.

I can't remember how I ended up with it (I never had AOL as my Internet provider), but IIRC, I signed up for a free email service an age ago, and over the years various services got merged, and here I am. It's actually a pretty decent service for free (I moan about it a heck of a lot less than my partner does about Hotmail): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AOL_Mail

It doesn't snoop on you in the way some other systems (*cough* GMail) can do.

My main gripe is that they will keep fiddling with the interface, but that's not a compliant that's unique to them.

There have been a few times I've had trouble logging on (not many over the years) using my usual bookmark.

One way around that was to Google AIM Mail and follow the link there (no idea why that would work when the direct link didn't, but it did).

Once in a blue moon I've had trouble logging on at all, but that's always resolved itself in a day or so.
