I'm having trouble loading service pack 1 for Windows 7

so I can install Turbo Tax to do Mrs bearfan's and my taxes. Any suggestions on what site to download it from?

we might need to restore the computer to an earlier date first. We tried that and it took 3 hours and then didn't work.

Service Pack 1 is very old.

You might have luck with the "convenience rollup". https://www.howtogeek.com/255435/how-to-update-windows-7-all-at-once-with-microsofts-convenience-rollup

I haven't been able to install anything beyond service pack 1 and couldn't find a way to work around that could be undertaken by anyone but an IT pro. This looks like the fix I need.
