Always take the easiest way out first.

You didn't do anything to cause it. Your computer and your cell phone are colluding together on nefarious mischief.

But it looks like some sort of Preview of open tabs. I know the preference these days is not to have menus or even much navigation, but can you find the tools/options and look for your 'View' settings.

First thing I would try is playing with that little up arrow next to the + sign. That's supposed to show or hide the preview page.

If that doesn't help, just try to find the little x's to close the tabs. Then up on the right, next to the star, there should be three lines-- click on that and the history should pop up and you can reload the pages.

Closing and reopening the browser should stop it from misbehaving.

Now, I use Edge all the time for some things without any problems, so ignore the "don't ever use it" crowd, but it does have some quirks. FWIW, all browsers have quirks because web pages have become so complex it's tough to keep up with the nonsense. Win10 also has the old Internet Explorer buried in there somewhere

I use four or five different browsers for different things. My personal favorite is Opera (www.opera.com) as one of the most stable and secure. A lot of people will tell you to get Chrome, and it's a perfectly decent browser but I don't trust the way Google spies on us. Firefox is another one that's been around a long time but, has been ignored lately. It's coming back, though, and is the one I'm using right now.

But, seriously, browsers are so complex now that you should have at least two or three to use.

The arrow did the trick! Now I just have to figure out how I managed to trigger that in two separate windows. But for now, I'm VERY happy to get the space back. THANK YOU!!!
