Microsoft is taking over. How do I remove Bing start-up screen

I know it has to do with removing Cortana. Unfortunately, the youtube search on how to remove microsoft start up is different from what I am seeing on my computer.

A little help.

Did this happen after a software update, or was it always there?

I'll be curious what the solution is

I discovered I was allowing every app known to mankind to get access to my computer.

So, I disconnected most, if not all. But, I still haven't figured out my security cam problem. Could be due to the website crashing.
