Using Chrome... some sites not loading (solved)

Last edited Tue Aug 31, 2021, 12:59 PM - Edit history (1)

DU is loading. Thankfully.

Facebook loads, but the game I play on it won't.
Twitter won't load.
Nextdoor won't load.

Clearing cache and cookies didn't work.

Any tips?

I use all of these, and most work just fine anywhere. The sites not loading may not like something in the way you have Chrome set up.

So odd that I can just get to a few sites.

I didn't change any Chrome settings... tried adding sites to the "trusted sites" spot or whatever they call it.

It never hurts and it might solve your problems.

Also try using a different browser to see if the problem is limited to Chrome.

There are some streaming shows that never play for me on Chrome, but it works on Firefox.

They really need to be rebooted every once in awhile. They lose track of their teeny llittle minds sometimes, lol.

I bought a new computer about 10 days ago and I'm still reconfiguring the system to meet my preferences.

However, now that you are back online I suggest downloading another browser as an alternative.
