Download the manual uninstaller from here:
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Then reinstall from here:

http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Don't forget to uncheck all the boxes for google toolbar, security scans, etc.

If that doesn't work try right clicking within the video and, under settings, turn off hardware acceleration.

Btw, updated your video drivers lately?
