IPhone sounds: my phone make a two tone sound

My iPhone makes a two-tone sound all times a day and night. About every couple hours. I’ve gone through all my apps and turned off sound. I cannot figure out what this is. There’s no indication that an alert has come through from any of the apps.

Sounds like a doorbell sound high tone Low tone but sort of synthesized. Any help is welcome

1. Have you checked all your notifications?

You mentioned you turned off sounds in your apps. But there could be app notifications that are beeping at you.

2. Is it alerting you to a received email or a calendar event?

Go through the alerts and notifications in settings if you haven't yet - there might be something going on there.
