Changed the template for my blog but..FIXED

Hi everyone.
I changed the template theme for my Wordpress blog but it doesn't display as well on mobile devices as the previous template, which was kind of boring looking.
Is there any way in Wordpress to specify one template for PC visitors and another template for mobile visitors?
