Looking for help finding TrueType fonts

Hey, so I am trying to find a font for a gravestone (my dad’s) that matches the font on another stone my mother likes. It has to be TrueType for the stone carver and I can’t find a website that will let you type in words to see what they look like in only the various truetype fonts. Or is there another DU group that would be more appropriate to post this in? Been trying to get this done for a family gathering tomorrow.

I used https://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont and found a handful of fonts that could work except I don’t know if they’re TrueType. I’ve also seen lists of TrueType with the style demonstrated in the name of the font (I.e., can’t type in the words I need to sample).

FWIW, these are the fonts I found on WhatTheFont that came close to what we’re looking for, in case anyone knows what TrueType font would be the closest to these:

https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/hoftype/candide-condensed/light/

https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/rmu/gmuender-antiqua-pro/regular/

https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/canadatype/roos/roman-sc/

https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/andrey-kudryavtsev/imperator/imperator/

https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/insigne/mandrel/ext-regular/

https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/insigne/mandrel/cond-regular/

Thanks for whatever help you might be able to offer!

The third is available in TTF and OTF.

The rest are also OTF.

Each of those fonts belongs to a family. I clicked on the family, then scrolled down to technical specs.

so it might be smart for the carver to upgrade.

but it look like a times new roman, copperplate, or a garamond would suit the bill, and should be easy to find in tt.

doesnt the carver have a font like that? seems like it would be a go to.

Maybe Garamond would work... but the site I’m looking at has a lot of Garamonds and I don’t know how to know which ones, or all of them, are TrueType.
