US Territories that should be states.

PR- population is higher than IA, lower than UT. PR should get 4 US House Members and 6ev.
DC- population is higher than VT and WY. DC should get 1 US House Members and 3ev.

US should get a total of 52 Governors.
US should get a total of 104 US Senators
US should get a total of 440 US House Members.
US should get a total of 544 Electoral Votes.

538 plus 6(PR)- 544 Electoral Votes.

The current size, 435 members, was set after the 1910 census and hasn't been changed since (except for temporary things when Alaska and Hawaii became states).

If you round down at 0.59 and up at .60 then you end up with 568 in congress with PR (5) and DC (1) based on 2019 population estimates. https://www.census.gov/data/datasets/time-series/demo/popest/2010s-state-total.html.

If you round up at .5, then SD, PR, UT, and AZ get an extra rep each.

California jumps up to 68 and Texas would have 50.

The electoral college becomes 674 (or 678).

It would certainly reduce the tyranny of the minority in the EC.

The Senate has a way to break ties. I don’t think the House does....

How bout 575 House members? Sounds good.
