Which states have US Senate vacancy rules where the governor appoints from same party as governor?

How many votes are needed to expel a member of the US Senate?
When Democrats regain control of the US Senate this year and win Governors Races in CO,FL,GA,,ME,OH,PA,and WI.
We can expel Republican US Senators from states with Democratic Governors in 2019
52)Gardner-CO
53)Rubio-FL
54)Isakson-GA
55)Perdue-GA
56)Cassidy-LA
57)Kennedy-LA
58)Collins-ME
59)Daines-MT
60)Burr-NC
61)Tillis-NC
62)Portman-OH
63)Toomey-PA
64)Johnson-WI
Then in 2019 we should help Democrats win Governors Races in KY,LA,and MS.
2020 we expel
65)McConnell-KY
66)Paul-KY
67)Wicker-MS
68)Hyde Smith-MS
We then will be able to impeach and remove Trump from office before the 2020 Presidential Election.
