Obama explains why Bernie's approach failed, and will continue to fail

http://nymag.com/daily/intelligencer/2016/05/heres-obamas-best-argument-against-the-left.html

There are so many good arguments in this article. Just one:

Obama: "If you think that the only way forward is to be as uncompromising as possible, you will feel good about yourself, you will enjoy a certain moral purity, but you’re not going to get what you want. And if you don’t get what you want long enough, you will eventually think the whole system is rigged. And that will lead to more cynicism, and less participation, and a downward spiral of more injustice and more anger and more despair. And that's never been the source of our progress. That's how we cheat ourselves of progress."

and allow ego & arrogance free reign, then you have lost before you ever got started.

Lies, slander & theft of voter data, and slogans (love trumps hate). That is sanders campaign. Because he has no record to speak of.

If the President withdraws his SC nominee on November 4th and after the election President Clinton nominates Obama to the SC and the majority Democratic Senate confirms?

That would be epic!

The Repubs & other Dem & Obama haters would never be the same. Crushed forever.

Hillary would do this, but the reality will be more certain with her supporting Dems in the House & Senate.
Man, this election draws such a critical line for America's future.

Excellent President Obama, Mahalo~

Obama: "If you think that the only way forward is to be as uncompromising as possible, you will feel good about yourself, you will enjoy a certain moral purity, but you’re not going to get what you want. And if you don’t get what you want long enough, you will eventually think the whole system is rigged. And that will lead to more cynicism, and less participation, and a downward spiral of more injustice and more anger and more despair. And that's never been the source of our progress. That's how we cheat ourselves of progress."

a prime of example of this would be Sanders supporters. President Obama is so right about this and describes Sanders to a T.
