15. President Obama knew he had a big job ahead of him trying to rebuild the trust with other nations.

He needed a strong partner in a SOS who could assist in reaching his goal. After Hillary left the SOS, President Obama reached out for John Kerry to continue the work. Hillary worked hard, met a lot of diplomats, etc, made official statements. She is primed and ready for the duties of president.
