Have you actually seen a list? I can't find one. I am not sure there is one. I think it was AP speculation.

they individually confirm the SDs. Their delegate tracking website says that the counted SDs "have directly told The Associated Press whom they support."

I don't think they are just guessing. They don't give out a list AFAIK but it may well be that they don't want to do other major news bureaus' work for them.

On the Bloomberg politics page, which relies on AP, you can see which states have SDs still undeclared. The SDs are 'below the line' in each state's graphic.

Makes sense, they would have declared Today anyway!
