Won't come from Hillary. States need to (gasp) use state funds to fund state schools. State schools were affordable when states actually funded education and believed that an educated populace was a good investment. If there are good ol' days I'd like to go back to, those are the ones I'd like to see.

Could be interesting for NJ if we can get Phil Murphy in as Governor next year!

My last is a rising college sophomore at a state college. Can we get this passed and processed before his junior year?

just reworded her previous position a tad. By actually using the word "free". This is not a bad thing, mind you, because she ALSO as always, does not shy away on just how to DO this.

College affordability was one of the main topics. This is being spun as a '"concession" of some sort, which is annoying, and not true but Hillary does the right thing in the face of all kinds of adversity, just as you noted.
