I think that there comes a point where the coyness doesn't play as well as being out front. It's a delicate balance. I'd like to see her declare by the end of April. Most of the clown car will have been filled by then, so it won't get lost in that circus, and if she does have a Democratic challenger, it makes it more likely that she's still in top spot in the party's view.

Repukes and "Dem" Hillary haters won't let it. She needs to launch her campaign soon.

I think she has a pretty good idea when to announce.

..and by the guidance of her expert team.
A lot of been there done that experience is behind the wisdom of Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign.

I have heard it will be in a couple weeks. Judging by Gowdy's request today for a private meeting with Sec State Hillary, I'm guessing he's preparing some "scandalous nothing news" for just that day.

Maybe he'll order her under oath to demand the date of her announcement.
"When Mrs Clinton? When???!!! Just tell us!!"

As much as I want her to wait a little longer (July) she is going to announce in a few weeks.

From February 2nd
http://www.cnn.com/2015/02/02/politics/hillary-clinton-2016-internal-debate-summer/

Some Clinton loyalists worry that as the increasingly crowded Republican race heats up, the attacks on her could begin to stick without an apparatus in place to answer them.

The liberal superPAC American Bridge has been countering Republican attacks on Clinton's behalf but many Democrats think it's no substitute for a campaign messaging operation.

Her delay did merge two groups, Ready For Hillary and Emily's List, which is a plus.

From January 19th
http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/ready-hillary-emilys-list-talks-join-social-media/story?id=28278994

"With Hillary Clinton’s not-yet-official presidential campaign revving up, the shadow campaigns are winding down. And as part of that, the outside Democratic groups that support her are discussing how to merge their efforts to help Clinton."

Whether she does in April or until summer does not matter to me. She gets my support.

want to know to begin attacking her every word.

Her millions of supporters want to know because they want to cheer her on every word she says.

I cannot wait to listen to her speak. I want listen to someone with age & wisdom of her exclusive experience. I want to hear her address issues of society & humanity. How she sees a resolution to issues of fear in this world. How she feels about extending the life of the Planet, humanity & peace and much much more.

I too, am ready for her.

Why should she announce now, especially when the R's are stumbling over themselves (again) and no other D's are making much noise about running?
