3. One sure would believe it was Hillary who accessed Sanders data inappropriately reading most of the
threads on DU

8. Of course they are.. sanders team sabotaged their own campaign.. what else are they going to
do but go out and sabotaged some more with their special brand of "damage control"?

5. That's their MO from day 1.. I would expect anything more from them.
The BS campaign sabotaged themselves and are now trying to blame it on anybody but them.
Thank you, stillone~ |

There is more here not being told. Bernie campaign could still be in a whole lot of hot water.

there more firing to be done?
Thank you, leftofcool. |

9. I don't think it needs to come down to that. They have the audit trails, they know who accessed and
downloaded what, so this should be able to be resolved amicably, with the appropriate action against those who inappropriately accessed the data.
To prolong this is to no ones advantage, except the republicans |

16. Well if that is the case I believe not only will he lose the case
but he will soon realize that voters in all demographics vote, and his poll numbers will demonstrate such as the actual facts are brought into light, because that will happen as the case proceeds, and though his campaign argues that they want more media attention, this will hurt him among independents

11. Not only that, Mr. Uretsky may have exposed the BS campaign to federal fraud & abuse violations.
Sanders campaign's Clinton data searches appear to violate federal law.
The Sanders campaign employees who accessed the Clinton voter information without authorization appear to have run afoul of the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, said Jason Weinstein, a former supervisor of the Justice Department's computer crimes section. http://www.democraticunderground.com/110730181 This might get really interesting, really fast. The question no BS'er seems able to answer is: if there was no wrongdoing on the part of the BS campaign staff, why did Josh Uretsky, who was not a minor functionary as we were first lead to believe, lose his job? And if he was a convenient political scapegoat, I hope he sues the hell out of 'em. ![]() |

12. I hope they're charged for federal crimes.. the way they're trying to Bluster their way
out of it. And, suing the DNC. If they're so proud of their grassroots campaign why did they steal Hillary's data?.. as Brian Fallon, Clinton's national press secretary, tweeted.
BS needs to apologize to Hillary.. Ha, wonder if that will happen? ![]() |

President Obama and it's all gone downhill from there.
And, there are those who represent him around here.. LOL. I have nothing but contempt for him. |

17. What is this all about?
Money!
The Sanders campaign said they paid half a million for those DNC lists and everyday they didn't have them cost $600,000 in contributions. Thank you for making it perfectly clear. It still remains all about the money. Ask any TV preacher! Ask any Congressperson! |

18. There is stuff here in interviews with CNN & MSNBC
Weaver already admitted they had no evidence when pressed by CNN... & Uretsky seems to have no scruples.
http://www.cnn.com/videos/tv/2015/12/19/bernie-sanders-voter-data-breach-weaver-intv-tsr.cnn Weaver also said Sanders' data was "lost to one of the other campaigns" during an earlier breach. Fired staffer Josh Uretsky, speaking on MSNBC, said the earlier breach Weaver was referring to involved a different system than the one involved in the current scandal. Neither Weaver or Uretsky cited specific evidence that another campaign had taken Sanders' data. http://www.msnbc.com/thomas-roberts/watch/fired-sanders-campaign-staffer-speaks-out-588356675888 http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slatest.html |

23. Sanders apologized in the debate last night, have to hand it to him
He did a great job, she accepted his apology with grace. He said he will fire others if determined they are involved.
I am thinking Sanders will jump behind Hillary when she is the nominee and I think he will campaign for her in the GE. Sanders knows electing ANY of the Republicans will really send our country in a tail spin. |
