It will be interesting to see if MA will be "too close to call" (HRC Group)

or "too early to call"--I don't think it will be called right away. I might be wrong. If it is "Too Early" then I'd say Bernie wins. If it is "Too Close" then we have a fighting chance.

that they think they know who won, but it isn't a landslide so they are waiting to make sure the first batch of votes line up with the exit polls.

Too Close to call means they can't tell from the exit polls, so they need to wait for the actual votes to come in.

Of course, if I had their strengths this evening, I wouldn't bother to stick my neck out on a state I don't need.

Interestingly, Clinton's already running +60 delegates and the evening is barely started (according to the current WaPo numbers, which will change).
