I didn't support Hillary in 2008, but this is why I am supporting her now

She could have burned the house down in 2008. She could have turned the Dem convention into something ugly. She didn't do that. She showed grace and class by accepting the will of her party, a lesson that others need to learn today.

I don't care that some can't get over that I didn't like her for the nom but I started liking her at the convention and then when President Obama chose he to be his SOS.. I rooted for both of them.

And, now I just love her.. and BS fans will just have to deal.

Thank you for this, Yavin.. excellent thought.

Even then is was liking Obama better but it was close. I could have lived with either outcome in the primary. Now we are close to getting them both.

Now let's finish the 19th!

She waited. She looked at what was possible. You ALL waited!

NOW it's Hillary's turn!

and actually disliked Hillary at the time. I first got respect for her at the Convention when she was so gracious in defeat.

One is allowed to change ones mind. Ask Ed Shultz

I will never forget on a talking head show once: one babble head said to another " how dare you change your position on abortion! " and I was like: isn't that what debating is all about?

But I think her experience as SoS adds to her strength as a candidate. Her competition this election is also very different. I believe her knowledge, competence and substantive engagement with policy makes her far and away the strongest candidate in this race.
