Hot off the pencils...LOL!

Hillary and Bernie invading her space. #DemDebate #Bernie #Hillary

I will say, he didn't do a very good job tonight--and that's good news for Hillary. Between the finger (in the wind?), the screaming about interrupting followed by constant interruptions, both verbally and with That Finger, and the spitting, it was just not a good performance for him.

we saw a flash of it. Not a good look at all. And all that he was doing every time Clinton spoke? Someone is going to make a mocking VINE of that -- it cries out for it.

That finger going up and wagging every time HRC started talking? Very Lazio-esque.

I do not understand why someone didn't tell him, at the break, to duct tape his damn hand in his pocket, or something.

He looked bad doing that.

Glad to see the real Bernie being exposed for what he is: an angry man.

After his dramatic whine about being interrupted, he interrupted her, either verbally or with his "sign language," for the ENTIRE debate.

He blew it.

About the best thing I can say about his performance was the new suit. The jacket looked good, the pants were too big (he hitched them up midway through the event). Should have buckled the belt a bit tighter, I guess.

It made me so angry. Hubby didn't get it at first until I asked him what he thought the reaction would be if a female candidate waved her hand, pointed and interrupted like that. He got it then.

Even listened to the whole thing

Between the finger pointing and waving, the constant interruptions and the outright rudeness, I was repulsed.

Even with MY finger ITCHING to hit the mute button when he was speaking, I did not. I wish I had.

But, there was a silver lining, I got to hear Hillary with sound arguments against him

His yelling, red rage face, white flaked jacket and mouth foam do not add up to a good look. When they talk about the right temperament for a President to have, Bernie doesn't. The constant apoplexy is not confidence inspiring. He is also very rude and is truly missing the diplomacy chip. He is probably proud of that (similar to the Donald) but it is an important skill for our Commander in Chief.

Bernie=

Hillary is much more composed and Presidential.

MSNBC is doing some thoughtful analysis with Ari Melber, Joy Reid, John Podesta, other campaign reps and commentators. I haven't been offended so far.

But she was too easy on the Bernie spokesperson. Did I hear correctly that Reid ended the segment with "I love you"?

And it would seem his legendary temper (and it IS legendary, apparently--it's why he has so few Super Delegates backing him) is finally coming to the fore.

We saw flashes of it in that video of him doing a town hall up in VT and ripping his own constituents about Israeli-Palestinian issues, but this was a controlled environment, he should have been prepared....and IMO he just LOST it. He stomped on her applause line and then got mad when she fired back at him. And the finger pointing! Every time she spoke, he put that finger in the air, like he was trying to shut her up and truncate her response. And when he spoke, she turned and listened. When she spoke, he stared straight ahead, as though he was having to endure her chit-chat or something. He came off like a Last-Century RELIC. So much fail.

I am not the only one, I don't think, who saw him as a picture of condescension.

I think he had a Very Bad night, myself.
