Chicago: 64-22 (HRC)
Suburban Cook County: 66-26 (HRC)
Collar Counties: 66-31 (HRC)

It is super easy. You just sign up on the website: https://www.hillaryclinton.com/forms/new-york-kp-vpb/

Then they give you instructions--you can even pick which state you want to call: https://www.hillaryclinton.com/grassroots/make-calls-kp/

If any of the open primaries on Tuesday go the way the polls predict, Sanders will be behind the eight ball. If Hillary ends up breaking even in the three open primaries, Sanders's challenge will be immense.

... 20 or 30 points from Hillary's score because it's too expensive for pollsters to target cell phones, and Sanders supporters don't even own land lines.

because the poll used automated calls on landlines and live interviews on the cell.
