I am afraid that Trump rally people are "open carry" people as well. Some of Trump's thugs look dangerous to me.

I admire the courage of the people who walk into the lion's den, but politically, I don't think it's wise.

But, I do think that Team Hillary should stay above the fray, keep away from the hate and anger.

They had tried to be more inclusive. 2008 was a hard lesson for them since they lost to Pres Obama.

Even if Trump gets his supporters to double down and his approval ratings go up ..
it doesn't matter b/c everyone else who Anti-Trump will also double down!

I don't like violence, but, staying silent is worse. It is what happened in Germany - and then it was too late to speak up. Whatever you choose, do it peacefully. Look to those we admire, Rosa Parks, John Lewis and Martin Luther King for guidance when demonstrating.

But they should peacefully protest outside. I imagine supporters of any candidate would be very angry if their rally was cancelled or taken over by protestors. It is too risky inside with Trump stoking the violence.

...going to a Donald Rump rally and acting like you're just as big asshats as they are like a bunch of Sanders supporters did last night in Chicago would actually NOT help the candidate? Go figure!

Even though this is in the Hillary forum, I anticipate the offended Sanders supporter alert coming quickly!

PEACE!

I don't want to see Team Hillary involved in any of it. To easy to get hurt and the Hillary campaign is not about anger.

...but for what I do not understand. They seem to like stoking some glowing embers of unrest for some reason. Some are laughing about it on the main board.
I agree that Hillary Clinton supporters should stay away and worry about the GE when there will undoubtedly be a mixture of supporters at debates and other campaign events. Stoking trouble now could be a problem in the near future during the GE.
It is hard to believe this stuff is happening.
