bolivarian revolution would never be so corrupt as to sell military armament to street gangs. It's obviously a ploy by the 'paramilitary groups', joined by the CIA and the Colombians (not to mention the Bilderberg Group, the New World Order and the Illuminati) to make these defensores de la patria look bad.
