The world's biggest collection of digital art goes on line Thursday. And it's Latinamerican.

Day after tomorrow, 20th Century Latin American art will be the first to have its own archive of documents available to the public on the net. The archive, located in Texas, is the result of an enormous effort: 10 years' work by more than 100 scientists and researchers from 16 countries along with thirty digital specialists. Works of art, innumerable newspaper articles on the arts, private letters and catalogs. These documents are free to view and accessible to the public at http://icaadocs.mfah.org, a site created by the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston and the International Center of the Arts of the Americas. Much of this material has never been published.
