but prepaid cards, which will be sold through another private company.

That explains why all of the Norwegians, Finns, and Swedes are moving there in droves and fleeing their oppressive socialist hellholes.

It only means there will be a whole lot more poor people killed before democracy can be restored to the country, to make life possible for so many, many exploited, abused, poverty-stricken, suffering people.

This is so low it almost seems we can expect NO coverage at all from corporate "news" media. They'll be wanting to keep it all secret, of course.
