Workers denounce firing for tweeting about empty supermarket shelves (Spanish)

?w=450&h=338

the supermarket was expropriated in 2010. see the video in the link.

Globo vision entered the instalation together with the workers which was one of the most complete supermarkets in the south of the country, and corroborated the claims of the workers: most of the shelves were empty.

Janeth Diaz, a shopper, affirmed: "This is not market for shopping, there is nothing here. What are they hiding? Before, we shopped for everything at Koma (supermarket), today there is nothing. This government has some good things, I am not with the government or the oposition, but it must be recognized that whatever the government expropriates dies."

This is not a good thing for workers. It's bad enough to get paid in bonds, it's worse when you can't even buy anything.

That it's ok if everyone has zero, because at least then they are equal (excluding the party hacks). Cuba is an example of this belief system.
