Collective assassinated in operative of Óscar Pérez had five investigations by homicide in Fiscalía

Heiker Vásquez, leader of the colectivo "Tres Raíces" of the barrio Enero 23, in Caracas, fell down on Monday in the early hours of the morning in a military operation to arrest the former Cicpc official, Óscar Pérez , in the Araguaney sector of El Junquito

According to eyewitnesses, the thug wore a uniform of the extermination group of the Bolivarian National Police (FAES).

This individual, according to the Twitter account @Dignidadmp , had six investigations in the Office of the Prosecutor, five for several homicides and one for extortion.

Backstory: Colectivos are the loyal Chavista equivalent of Hitler's brownshirts... except colectivos wear red shirts, are given automatic weapons (see above picture of Heiker Vásquez funeral) and motorcycles. They (used to) receive a stipend from the PSUV, but since the Chavistas have run out of money, the colectivos are advised to extort/shakedown local merchants and resort to beat-downs and kidnappings to supplement their previous Chavista largesse. The local police and Chavista law enforcement are required to look the other way.
