Diodado: Those who seek humanitarian aid for Venezuela will be considered traitors

Cabello will request investigation: "Those who ask for a humanitarian channel ask for military intervention"
Madeleine Navas | July 4, 2018

Caracas - On Wednesday, in the weekly program With El Mazo Dando, Diosdado Cabello reported that he will request an immediate investigation at the July 5 ceremony, preceded by the constituency Earle Herrera, to those who have asked for a humanitarian channel since, in his opinion, "that is nothing else than a military intervention".

The also president of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC), said as "curious" the news about the president of the United States, Donald Trump, who in August 2017 asked his advisers to invade Venezuela. "Why are you leaving today? Prior to July 5 (...) in the act of tomorrow I will request an immediate investigation to those who ask for a humanitarian channel because that is not anything other than a military intervention" said Cabello.

"Tomorrow at the ANC we are going to create a commission to investigate who they are, bring prosecutors and courts to take action, it can not be that these people go all over the world and come to Venezuela to say that there is no freedom of expression, that the They are persecuting to kill them, " assured the president of the constituent.

He also alerted representatives of the Venezuelan opposition. "Opposition gentlemen: we tell you that in case of an invasion, the traitors of the country will be treated as enemies. Let everyone interpret it as they want. We know how we should interpret it."

If Chavismo does anything right, it is forming commissions, focus groups, table talks and meetings among themselves to discuss all of the issues that bother them. DOING ANYTHING, however, seems to elude them.

So, the takeaway is that any deliberate request by anyone other than Diosdado for "humanitarian aid" is actually code for "send in the American troops!".

Chavismo doesn't want aid. It wants currency. It will buy its own "aid" (after the skim) and distribute said aid to devoted Chavistas. Non faithful types can fend for themselves...
