Iris Varela, Minister of Penitentiary Affairs, said Sunday that President Nicolás Maduro is the one who suffers the most from the economic situation in Venezuela.
"As a result of the economic situation due to the blockade, for everything that happens to us that impacts us all, who does not suffer with the situation that the country has? The first one who is suffering is the president of the Republic, because he is the one who has the great responsibility," she commented during an interview with José Vicente Hoy .
He assured that Maduro is sensitive to the needs of the Venezuelan population.
