After taking exams and talking about 'possible skin cancer', president calls it a lie

A day after claiming that he may have skin cancer, President Jair Bolsonaro said on Thursday (12) in his weekly live on social media that the press made fake news about the case.

"There was fake news about me having cancer. This morning there should be a video around, as I always talk to the press, today the press prepared the first question, and I said 'I won't answer anything because you said that I have cancer, I'm going home," he said. "It's a lie over a lie," he said.

This Wednesday (11), the president told reporters at the Dawn Palace that he had the possibility of having a skin cancer after undergoing examinations at the Brazilian Air Force Hospital in Brasilia.

"I have fair skin; I fished a lot in my life. I like activity a lot, so the possibility of skin cancer exists," he said.
