When you're corrupt, with a huge purse, and the country is poor (and corrupt or easy to corrupt) why would a stadium gift be denied.

2. China has been (soft) colonizing Africa, SA, etc. for quite some time now.

Throwing huge sums of money at everyone. Chinese military is stationed in these countries as well.

I have been talking about this here, but no one believes it yet.

Have neighbors from South Africa & they told me about what was happening on that continent years ago. Sounded exactly like this video, honestly. It's win-win for China, and only China.
I liked that this video had a clip of Biden speaking about it. It just feels like we're SO behind to even affect the phenomenon. They're everywhere....
