44 years old, years of neglect and occasional abuse of my body, slightly overweight.. most likely time to really start figuring out how to take care of this old body before things stop working... thanks for the link, Major.

I'm in Korea and they cost 8,000 won (about $7.20) an issue on the newsstand.
