Facebook IPO this coming week

Just heard this on MSNBC's news break (yeah, prison fetish weekend, but the cat is sound asleep in my lap and the remote is across the room).

They said it will be announced Wednesday, underwritten by MSSB and likely to come in at an obscene $100bn.

that these dot-com IPO's are hyped and inflated by banks like Goldman or Morgan Stanley, and then the underwritten funds will be withdrawn as soon as possible. Call me pessimistic, skeptical, or a conspiracy theorist, (I don't have any skin in this game), but these things tend to profit the underwriters, both before, during and after a crash.

Over priced, over hyped and good luck in the buy as IPO shares are rationed out. Once the UW firms get them, then it is x per complex and from there, x per branch.
