Mexican Tariffs
Disclaimer: This is more of a rhetorical statement than a true interrogatory.
Why, just why, would Mexico sign NAFTA II, propounded by Donald Trump, if he is already breaking the existing treaty by imposing tariffs on its exports into this country? You don't make agreements with a party or parties who will likely commit a breach of agreement.
