Home for sale in Wisconsin along Lake Michigan

Last edited Tue May 24, 2016, 11:38 PM - Edit history (2)

4 bedroom, 2 baths, raised ranch style home with 2 - 25x50 garages, one is set up for car body work or wood working with a paint booth, the other will hold a lot of stuff.
Almost an acre of ground, with city water, sewer, in town.
$178, 000.
Here are some particulars:

HOUSE
___________

All windows were framed in with 2x6's, to allow
for extra insulation on the outside of the house.
The original wood lap-siding was all in good shape
and each seam was caulked with 50 year caulk. Then
4x8 sheets of insulation was put over that and
all seams of the insulation was caulked then vinyl
siding was applied over that. The end result was
extra thick walls which makes the house easy to heat
and cool.
Oak window frames with sills that are tiled. The wider
and thicker oak was purchased at a lumber mill. It's not
from a big box store.
Tip-in windows throughout for easy cleaning.
Insulated steel front and rear entry doors.

Upper living area carpeted thoughout except bathroom,
lower iiving area vinyl tiles throughout.

New kitchen.
Upper and lower bathroom updated.

Hot water heat with a new boiler.
New hot water heater

New Mitsubishi electric air conditioner piped in
underground with its own separate junction box and
specific breaker.

All appliances stay with the house
electric stove
refrigerator
dishwasher
washer
dryer

There is a deck off the living room with a top quality pet door trimmed
in oak next to the patio door. An enclosed pet run goes from the deck to
the ground. This allows your pet to go in and out at will into a
completely fenced in yard. You never have to let them in or out.

If anyone is interested, pm me.
